With over 10 years of instrumentation experience Jeff first joined the company by way of Fisher-Rosemount (Emerson Process) in 2001.

Jeff has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota. His understanding of application is a strong asset, yet his ability to understand the customer need is superior. Jeff enjoys understanding and then meeting our clients’ needs.

E. R. "Butch" Berg

Part Time Inside Sales & Technical Support. A Purdue grad with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Butch spent much of his early sales life with the Bristol Co., a world leader ininstrumentation at the time.

He founded E. R. Berg and Associates in 1972 and is highly regarded by our clients. Spends time in both inside sales support and as an instrumentation technician. Butch is well respected by all who have ever met him, and remains a valuable asset to the firm.

Heather Tobias

Office Manager & Corporate Officer. Heather has over 10 years of industry experience and joined the firm in September of 1998 with a Marketing degree from St. Cloud State University, a highly recognized state school.

She has previous experience in industrial sales and is extremely customer oriented. Heather implements our marketing programs, heads up the inside sales operation, and is in charge of order processing, expediting, and general accounting.

Heather joined the firm in August 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and has many years of experience in sales and customer service. Heather’s responsibilities include order processing, expediting, purchasing, repairs, and general accounting.

Rick Klosner

Rick has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and 10 years of SCADA, instrumentation and industrial automation experience. Rick has worked on SCADA projects with various utilities in many cities in the United States and also has previous experience in industrial sales.
